LIBRA LITROU OPERATING INSTRUCTONS

Plug the included Ground Fault Interrupter into a properly wired outlet and plug the power cord into the GFI. Then plug the other end of the power cord into the back of the power unit.

Plug the array into the back of the power unit. You may use positive or negative polarity by turning over the plug. Reversing the polarity releases different toxins as our bodies respond differently to positive and negative polarity.

You may use a typical plastic dishwashing tub like this:

Wrap a garbage bag around it so that when you're through, you can simply pour out the water and throw away the garbage bag.  That saves a lot of scrubbing.

Pour warm water into tub high enough to cover the top of the feet. Put the array into the water.

Use a good quality, fine grade sea salt, such as Alessi Fine Sea Salt.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of the Alessi Fine Ground Sea Salt to the warm water. More is not better, and will reduce the life of the power unit and the array.

Place feet on either side.

Turn on the power by pushing the straight line mark on the right side of the power switch. It may be necessary to push the reset button on the GFI if you do not notice bubbles rising from the array.

Set a timer for 30 minutes.

At the end of the session, turn off the power by pressing the O on the left side of the power switch.  Rinse feet with clean water and then dry with paper towels.

Mix 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water in one of the cups pictured below.

Fill one cup with the vinegar solution and the other with clean rinse water. Remove the array from the tub and place it into the cup with the vinegar solution for approximately 15 minutes.

Use a narrow child's size toothbrush (or equivalent) to gently scrub between the plates on the array with the vinegar and water solution before rinsing in the cup with the clean water.

Pour the water from the tub into the toilet and invert the trash bag while removing to avoid contact with the toxins.

Note: All these items can be purchased at any Dollar Store.

Safety notes: Always set the Libra Litrou off the floor and away from the water. The array has an 8 foot cord so that the power unit can be kept far away from the water. Never allow any of the electrical cords to get wet. Do not use during an electrical storm. Always use either a GFI outlet or the included GFI unit.
