Referral Fee Program
If you have purchased a Libra Litrou™, you are eligible for our
Referral Fee Program.
Each time you refer a new customer to us you will earn a Referral Fee for
each Libra Litrou™ unit the new customer purchases on his initial sale.
The more new customers you refer, the more you will earn!
Referral Fees are earned based upon this scale:
1 - 3 Libra Litrou
total units sold = $300 Referral Fee per unit
4 +

Program Terms and Conditions:
In order for you to be paid the Referral Fee, we will require you to complete a W9 form
and mail or fax it to us at 770-456-5214. Note: Upon completion of your
first referral's purchase, we'll notify you via email and attach the
W9 Form. By submitting your W9 Form to us and
accepting each payment from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which
are subject to change at any time. We recommend you read these Terms and
Conditions for each referral.
The new customer must state you referred him at the time of sale. If a phoned order at 678-792-9630,
your name must be given at that time. If a web site order, your name must be typed into "How Did You Hear About Us" field. If not, there are no after-the-fact changes and no Referral Fee will be paid. So, make sure your name is given at the time of ordering/sale.
We will track your referrals as the
official record.
You will earn a $300 Referral Fee for each unit sold by referral to a new
customer for the first through third unit. For each of your 4th and
greater units sold by referral to a new customer, you will earn a $400 Referral
Fee.
Referral Fees are only paid to
existing customers and are applicable only to the first sale of new customers,
regardless of the number of units purchased. For example, if the new
customer purchased 2 units on his first sale, you will earn $600 in Referral
Fees
(assuming you are within the 1-3 units sold bracket) for that referral.
There are no Referral Fees paid on
consumables (arrays) or on subsequent sales of the same customer.
The purchased unit must be paid in full,
payment cleared. It may take several days for payments to clear.
We will pay you your Referral Fee via check
delivered through First Class Mail.
If you owe a balance to Stillpoint Systems LLC at the time of earning the Referral Fee,
we reserve the right to apply the fee first to your balance and then any
remaining amount will be paid to you.
The Referral Fee program does not render you an employee, partner, agent of,
or joint venturee with Stillpoint Systems LLC for any purpose. You are responsible for all of your own taxes.
You shall not make any medical representations or claims with respect to the Libra Litrou, and
you accept full legal responsibility for any medical representations or claims you have made.
