Oracle released an out-of-band patch Sunday to fix two zero-day vulnerabilities in Java that are being actively exploited by attackers. All Java users should apply the update as soon as possible, according to the Oracle security advisory. What this means is that if you have Java installed and it is not completely updated, you are at risk at getting your computer hacked into. Because Java is a software package that is used in many computer applications and is typically pre-installed on your computer, no ANTIVIRUS or ANTIMalware will prevent an attacker from exploiting this vulnerability.
